Description : Major choice is an important decision for students since it determines the kinds of career that they intend to pursue in life. In TCU, students have to make major choice at the end of the first year course. The purpose of this research was to examine the students’ expected major specialization and identify the factors influencing the students’ major choice. The data for the study is collected from 200 second year students via self-administered questionnaire. The study is conducted using descriptive statistics and multinomial logistic regression method with the aid of SPSS. The findings of the study indicate that accounting and finance is the most popular major among the TCU students and students’ major choice can be explained by gender, personal factor and career factor.
